SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all motors within two (2) business days of processing the order. All motors are shipped by ground which usually takes up to 5-10 business days. Sometimes faster. IF in the event you need something overnited, shipped faster or sent to another country, please contact us for a separate quote. If there’s a backorder on any of the items in stock, we usually do not ship till the entire package is complete to save on shipping cost.
RETURN POLICY
If in the event you need to return the motor, contact us with your order number and request a RMA number. There is usually no restocking fee if the order has been cancelled before it has been shipped out. A restocking fee of no more then 20% may occur if returned after the the item(s) has been shipped. There may not be a fee if we can get the manufacturer to waive it.
