SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all motors within two (2) business days of processing the order. All motors are shipped by ground which usually takes up to 5-10 days. Sometimes faster. IF in the event you need something overnited, shipped faster or sent to another country, please contact us for a separate quote.
RETURN POLICY
If in the event you need to return the motor, contact us with your order number and request a RMA number. There is usually no restocking fee if the order has been cancelled before it has been shipped out. A restocking fee of no more then 20% may occur if returned after the the item(s) has been shipped. There may not be a fee if we can get the manufacturer to waive it.
