Motor Manufacturer warrants each of its motors and controllers to be free of defects related to workmanship or material. Motors are warranted for a period of one-year and controllers are warranted for a period of two-years, both from their respective distributor ship dates. This is Providing the following has occurred:
A The golf cart motor and / or controller has received normal use and service. Stalled motor conditions, which are represented by the state of the lifted commutator bar, are not justified. There are no broken screw terminal. (Often can occur if over-torque!)
B The golf cart motor and / or controller has not been dismantled, repaired or modified for use without prior consent of GolfCartMotors.com
C Each golf cart motor and / or controller is returned, must be provided with a description of the problem, the part number and serial number.
D The application of the golf cart motor and / or controller has been approved by GolfCartMotors.com.
E The golf cart motor and / or controller was installed correctly and the vehicle has not been any accident or abuse.
It is the responsibility of GolfCartMotors.com, to validate the ship date of the golf cart motor and / or controller.
The components that are subject to normal wear and tear are not covered by this policy. (Ie: brushes, bearings and seals)
This warranty does not cover damage to the vehicle, provide compensation for the loss of time or inconvenience and not a liability for consequential damages resulting from the use of the product by the purchaser, its successors, customers, agents or employees.
Manufacturer provides the warranty Disposition:
A Evaluation of golf cart motor and / or controllers after it had been returned to manufacturer. Return freight is not covered by manufacturer.

B Mutual evaluation of golf cart motor and / or controller in the customer’s facility.
Manufacturer reserves the right to decide to use which of the above methods. The routing of the pictures are at the discretion of manufacturer.
Before each part is shipped back to manufacturer, a Return Authorization Number (RA #) must be issued and attached to the outside of the package for at least 2 sides. If an RA # is on the outside of the box, the golf cart motor and / or controller will be placed in our “holding area”. Any returned goods have automatically become the property of the Manufacturer in the “Holding area” after 6 months.
As long as all required documentation has been submitted and Manufacturer accepts the warranty claim, you’ll be given a credit for the failed engine and / or controller. Customers are not allowed to take loans unless and until formal acceptance has been made and communicated with GolfCartMotors.com. The customer needs to reference our Credit # in the application of credit!
